Shipping
We keep shipping simple. Orders over $50 ship free. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $4.95 applies at checkout.
We aim to dispatch every order within 1–2 working days. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary during busy periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to start a return
- Email support@zendeal.store with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item(s) securely and send them back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong product. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away at support@zendeal.store and we will put it right.
