Orders and payment
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed once we accept your order and take payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If a payment cannot be processed, we will contact you and your order will not proceed.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars and include any applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping is free on orders over $50; a flat rate of $4.95 applies to orders under $50. Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address you provided.
Returns and refunds
You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, email support@zendeal.store. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Fair use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.
